State of Rhode Island employees may purchase pre-paid legal services offered through Signature LegalCare.  Employees may only add or drop group legal coverage at the time of hire or during the annual open enrollment period.

• The premium costs are listed on the Legal Care Deduction Authorization Form. 
• Additional information can be obtained by calling 1-800-848-2012 or by visiting the website at www.SignatureLegalCare.com. The website will require you to identify your Plan Sponsor (the State of Rhode Island) from a list of employers and enter the password 38152.
