Staff from UnitedHealthcare and the Office of Employee Benefits will be available to answer your questions and provide enrollment forms.  No reservations are required.

Date:            First Thursday of each month

Location:      Conference Room A on the second floor of the Department of
                     Administration Building at One Capitol Hill in Providence

Time:            Be sure to select the meeting time that is appropriate for you:
                     1:00 p.m.        Under Age 65 and Non-Medicare eligible   
                     2:00 p.m.        Age 65 and over and/or Disabled and eligible for Medicare

Plan to attend one of the listed informational meetings if you have retiree health questions or need enrollment assistance as the Office of Employee Benefits cannot accommodate walk ins or individual requests for meetings.
