Exciting "NEW" Alternative
As of January 1, 2016, the State will be offering a voluntary alternative medical plan to all employees called the Choice Plus Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA). This plan, with a portable HSA account, affords employees an opportunity to save on health care expenses.
The "Mini" Open Enrollment period for the Choice Plus Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA) will be from November 2, 2015 through November 30, 2015. All election changes are effective January 1, 2016. To make changes or enroll, forms must be submitted by to your agency Human Resources Office by 12/1/15.
