The annual open enrollment period for State of Rhode Island employees is May 10, 2013, through June 7, 2013.  Please contact your agency Human Resource Officer to submit enrollment/change forms if you wish to make any changes in your benefit plan elections. 

All current flexible spending account participants must submit a new election by June 7, 2013 in order to continue to participate in the program.
