Open Enrollment

Unless you are a new hire, a new retiree, or an active employee experiencing a status change, the annual open enrollment period—typically the month of November—is the only time when you can enroll in or make changes to the following benefits:

* Must re-enroll every year to maintain this benefit.


Status Changes

If you experience a qualifying status change and want to make changes to your benefits, you must initiate a “Qualifying Event” in Workterra and submit your new elections along with any required supporting documentation within 31 days of the occurrence of your status change.
